Just head into a Travel Money USA store at a time convenient to you.
Bring your information
Have the receiver's information with you, along with the money you want to send. You'll need to show photo ID too^.
Fill in the send form, select to send person-to-person or to a bank account, and pay in cash for your transfer (the amount you are sending and the send fee+). And you're done!
Be sure to give the 8-digit reference number to the receiver for easy pick-up. The receiver will then be able to pick up the money at any of the MoneyGram agent locations across the U.S. or overseas, and rest assured, it usually arrives within minutes*.
Send securely direct to an account
There are certain countries where you can choose to send the money directly to a bank account rather than person-to-person.
There are over 400 banks around the world, and mobile or virtual accounts, available for direct bank transfers.
You will need the receiver's full legal name, the bank name and the bank account number.
Please keep in mind that account details do very by country and that some countries require extra information, so bring all the information you can just in case.
Many account deposits are usually deposited within the same day, and some can be done within the hour~.

How do I receive money?
Receiving a money transfer is just as easy and convenient as sending one.
If the money has been sent person-to-person, you can pick it up as cash from Travel Money USA. The money is typically ready for pick up in as little as 10 minutes after the transfer*.
When picking up the money transfer, you will need to bring with you the Reference Number given to you by the sender, and a valid photo ID^ so we can make sure the right money is given to the right person.

If you want to send the money directly to a bank account, this service is currently offered for sends to Brazil, China, El Salvador, France, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Mexico, Philippines, Poland and Sri Lanka.
What are the fees to send money?
Fees vary depending on where you are sending the money to, how much you are sending and how you are paying for the transfer. Just ask a Travel Money consultant for the fees related to your send while instore.
How long until the money is received?
If you send the money for in-person cash pick-up, the money is typically ready to be collected within minutes after the transfer has been successfully sent, regardless of the payment method you choose*.
When sending to a bank account, this may be deposited within a few hours or up to the next day~. This timeframe varies by country.
How can I pay for my transfer?
At Travel Money USA locations, you will need to pay in cash and you will need to bring enough cash to cover the transfer amount and any additional fees.
